Elevate Your Coastal Retreat: Eastford Cove Building Regulations
This “Contractors Code of Conduct” (see below) must be signed by all Owners and Building Contractors prior to commencing any work and Owners are requested in their own interests to ensure that this procedure is carried out immediately the contract is awarded. The Contractors Registration is to be also be signed by the Owner and both the Main Contractor and Sub-Contractors.

- Apply and obtain one or more remote controls from Daniel Scott our Chairman. The remote controls can be de-activated on requests or set to open only on specific days. Gates can be opened with the Accentronix App via a bluetooth connection, by pressing the buttons on the app. The gates can be opened with an OTP generated by the app for contractors and visitors. Request access to the app by contacting Daniel Scott, our Chairman, danielscott0756@gmail.com
- The new system also provides App control to you:
- You can open the gate from a button in the app
- You can create a One Time Password (OTP) for your guests in advance of their visit which will be sent to them by SMS or WhatsApp

- Your visitors must use the same OTP at the exit Keypad that was sent to them via the App to gain access.

We use the ECE HOA Social Group on WhatsApp for general communication purposes. Daniel Scott is the admin for the group and ads names to the group to permit participation.
