Eastford is made up of four unique estates, blending secure residential living with the beauty of nature. Three of these — Eastford Country Estate, Eastford Downs and Eastford Ridge — are directly linked to and part of the Eastford Nature Reserve, where the fynbos flora and fauna conservation is at the heart of estate life. The fourth estate, Eastford Glen, Vale and Cove is associated to the Eastford Nature Reserve and contributes with a stewardship to it’s success.

The absence of internal fencing allows wildlife to roam freely between all four estates through fynbos-rich landscapes, while residents enjoy both private homes and expansive shared spaces. Within the Nature Reserve, untouched natural areas are complemented by scenic hiking and wildlife trails.

Each estate has its own Homeowners Association to manage finances and administration, yet all share the same commitment to conservation, trail maintenance, and coordinated security. While Glen, Vale, and Cove together form one estate, offering three distinct living environments with their own architectural character.
